Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Membership Renewal
Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
2. Venue and Sports Bookings
Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours will be issued as credits for future bookings.
For any issues related to bookings, please contact us directly, and we will resolve the matter as per our policies.
Shipping Policy
As NIWEC offers digital and venue-based services, we do not engage in physical shipping. Our services are provided as follows:
1. Membership Access
After payment confirmation, digital access to the membership will be granted.
2. Venue and Sports Bookings
Once payment for any venue or sports booking is confirmed, your reservation will be processed, and confirmation will be sent via email.
